How is this different from using WordPress or Webflow?

WordPress and Webflow are great tools for many use cases — but they come with trade-offs: bloated code, plugin dependencies, slower performance, and limited flexibility for custom features. With hand-coded sites, you get faster load times, tighter security, full design freedom, and zero platform lock-in. You're not paying for features you don't use.

Do I need to provide content and images?

Ideally yes — you know your business better than anyone. But if you don't have copy or images ready, we can help. We can write placeholder copy, source royalty-free stock images, or work with a copywriter on your behalf. We'll always flag what we need before starting.

Can I update the site myself after launch?

Yes — if you want a CMS so you can edit content yourself, we can integrate one (like Sanity or Contentful) during the build. If you'd rather we handle all updates, we offer a monthly maintenance retainer. Either way, you always have full access to your code and hosting.

What if I need changes after the site is live?

Your support period covers bug fixes and minor tweaks at no extra charge. For larger changes — new pages, new features, redesigns — we scope and quote those separately. There's no pressure to commit to ongoing work; we're available when you need us.

How do payments work?

We work on a 50/50 split: 50% upfront to begin the project, and the remaining 50% before the site goes live. We accept bank transfer and international payment via Grey or Payoneer. No surprises — the total is agreed before we start.

Do you work with clients outside your country?

Absolutely — DesignPalm is a fully remote agency. We work with clients globally and are used to managing projects across time zones via WhatsApp, email, and video calls. Distance has never been a barrier to great work.
